Welcome to NADEA Apps. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Brick Garage mobile application and the nadeaapps.com website (together, "the Service"), operated by Nadea Apps ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and over. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of the Service

Brick Garage is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.

3. Accounts

To use certain features you create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

The App offers a free tier (up to 3 cars in your Garage and Pit Lane, plus an unlimited Wishlist) and Premium. Premium is available as an annual subscription for $9.99 per year (price may vary by region). For a limited time, through December 31, 2026, a one-time Lifetime Premium purchase is also available for $29.99. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the Lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-recurring payment. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Apple's and Google's terms also apply to your purchase.

5. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party retailers (such as Amazon, eBay, Target, and others). Some of these are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for the content, products, prices, or practices of any third-party site, and your dealings with those retailers are solely between you and them.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Service — including design, text, graphics, and logos — is the property of Nadea Apps and protected by applicable laws. LEGO® and Speed Champions are trademarks of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse this Service. Formula 1® is a trademark of Formula One Licensing BV. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. User Data

We collect and store your collection data (sets, build status, wishlist) to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that catalog data (including set details and pricing) is accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nadea Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
