This Privacy Policy explains how Nadea Apps ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Brick Garage mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

Information We Collect

Account information

To save your collection across devices, the App lets you create an account using Firebase Authentication. Depending on the sign-in method you choose, we receive your email address and a unique account identifier. We do not collect or store your password — authentication is handled securely by Google Firebase.

Collection data you create

When you use the App, you create data such as the sets in your garage, their build status, your wishlist, and showroom selections. This data is stored in Google Firestore and associated with your account so it can sync to your devices.

Purchase information

If you purchase a subscription, the transaction is processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat, our subscription provider. We receive your subscription status (for example, whether you have an active Premium subscription) and an anonymous purchase identifier. We never receive or store your full payment-card details — those are handled entirely by Apple.

Technical and diagnostic data

Our service providers (Google Firebase and RevenueCat) may automatically collect limited technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, and anonymous usage and crash data to keep the App running reliably.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account.
• To save and sync your collection, garage, and wishlist across your devices.
• To provide and manage subscription features.
• To diagnose problems, improve performance, and maintain the security of the App.

How Your Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make the App work:

• Google Firebase (Authentication & Firestore) — account and collection data. See the Firebase Privacy & Security page.
• RevenueCat — subscription management. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
• Apple — payment processing for in-app purchases. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.

Data Retention

We retain your account and collection data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your associated collection data is removed from our systems. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Your Choices and Rights

• Access and update: You can view and edit your collection data directly within the App.
• Delete your account: You can delete your account and associated data from within the App, or by contacting us at the email below.
• Manage subscriptions: Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time through your Apple ID settings.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Security

We rely on industry-standard security provided by Google Firebase and RevenueCat to protect your data in transit and at rest. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
