Retiring soon: 8 sets to grab before they're gone

Every LEGO® Speed Champions wave eventually pulls out of the pit lane for good — and once a set retires, prices on the secondary market rarely go anywhere but up. These eight sets are currently flagged as retiring soon in the Brick Garage catalog, which tracks availability across the lineup. If any of them are still sitting on your wishlist, this is the window to act.
Ferrari F40 Supercar (76934)
The poster car of the late eighties, in brick form. The F40 was the last Ferrari personally approved by Enzo, and this rendition nails the slatted rear window and the massive rear wing. Of everything on this list, it's the set we'd least want to chase after retirement.
2 Fast 2 Furious Nissan Skyline GT-R (R34) (76917)
Brian O'Conner's silver-and-blue R34 is one of the most recognizable movie cars ever put in a Speed Champions box, and it's the oldest set on this list — 2023 stock is thinning fast. Licensed movie tie-ins tend to spike hardest after retirement.
BMW M4 GT3 & BMW M Hybrid V8 Race Cars (76922)
The biggest build here by a distance — a double pack pairing BMW's GT3 contender with its Le Mans-class hybrid prototype. Double packs give you the most bricks per box in the theme, and this is the last current one flagged for retirement.
Ford Mustang Dark Horse (76920)
Modern American muscle with one of the cleaner color-blocked builds of the 2024 wave. A strong shelf piece next to any of the classic Mustangs from earlier waves.
NASCAR Next Gen Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 (76935)
The first NASCAR entry in the theme — which makes it a genuine one-of-a-kind if the license doesn't return. Sets with no direct successor are the classic sleeper buys of the theme.
Audi S1 e-tron quattro (76921)
The Dakar-winning electric rally machine, complete with chunky off-road stance. One of the more unusual silhouettes Speed Champions has done — there's nothing else like it in the current lineup.
2023 McLaren Formula 1 (76919)
The papaya MCL60 from the season McLaren found its stride again. With the newer full-grid F1 wave on shelves (see our F1 grid guide), this earlier standalone is quietly on its way out.
KICK Sauber F1 Team C44 (77247)
The first car from the current full-grid F1 wave to be flagged for retirement — notable because Sauber has since become the Audi works team. If you're collecting the complete 2025 grid, this is the car most likely to break the set.
